Letting imaginations run wild with state-of-the-art technology has long been Artech's owner and director - Ronnie Scullion's - passion and pastime. With the Studios, Ronnie is able to engage the creative minds of local area children, youth and adults and share with them the wealth of possibilities made possible with today's high-tech tools and gadgets.

The studios offer courses, workshops and camps in 'art-based technologies'. These include robotics, animation, claymation and video game creation. Art-based technologies, simply defined, use both creative and imaginative input as well as computers, digital cameras and other tech devices to achieve the final outcome. Computer animation (Flash) and web design are more examples of creative technologies taught at Artech.

Artech Studios is headqueartered in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Satellite programs are offered in Chester and at the Dartmouth Sportsplex in HRM. Talk to us if you would like more information about having a satellite program in your community!
