Our programs boast a staff to camper ratio of 1:6! Class size is limited to 12 participants for Video Game Design, Flash Animation and Robotics. Claymation and Drawing classes have a limit of 16. Class groups are subdivided according to age and interest.

Claymation Animation Camp

Learn how to plan, storyboard and create a dynamic animation working in pairs or small groups. Instruction in camera usage, stop motion animation techniques, adding sound effects, music and film editing. [One computer per 2 students] End of day: Take home your finished movie on CD. CD will include finished movies from entire group.

Get started creating awesome Flash Animations! Basic animation techniques using Flash will be introduced. Participants will create a short animation that can be saved as a screensaver and an interactive Flash game. End of day: Take home your finished Flash productions on CD. CD will include finished screen savers and games from entire group.
Full day workshops run 8:45 am to 4:00 pm. Drop off in mornings starts at 8:30 am. Instructional activities begin at 9:00 am. Please bring lunch and snacks for the entire day. Extended afternoon care is available for a fee.

Get creative with technology! Children will construct a mechanical menagerie with animals that MOVE, using lego, motors, craft paper and pipe cleaners. They will have a chance to operate robots, make a movie and more.
