CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY AFTERSCHOOL CLASSES

Every THURSDAY. Winter session starts January 10th and continues to April 3rd 2008. No class during March Break (March 13th).

12 classes - $179 + hst Registration Forms
Doors open at 2:45 pm. Class goes until 5:00 pm.

We offer Walking Pick-up from Bridgewater Elementary School!

Each after school class includes instruction in one of the creative technologies: Robotics, Game Design, Drawing, Claymation OR Digital Photography.

April 10 - June 12

Our Creative Technologies include:

CLAYMATION

Bring colourful clay characters to life! An introduction to creating clay figures and animating them. A look at some tips and techniques for working with modelling clay. Add props and backgrounds to set the stage for your ‘Claymation’ movie production!

ROBOTICS

Design and construct intelligent machines. Machines that do what YOU program them to do: play ball, sweep the floor, explore hard to reach places and compete for speed and strength with other robots.

DRAWING Manga & Anime Characters and Creatures

We’ll explore how to capture movement and expression on paper. Stretch your imagination - develop fantasy creatures, characters and imaginary places.

Bring along your sketchbook, pencils, coloured pencils and fine point black markers!

VIDEO GAME DESIGN

Refine your game making skills as we examine variations on mazes, platformers and scrolling shooters. Master the skills necessary to create dynamic and challenging games.

PHOTO EXPRESSIONS

Digital photography is super fun. Learn how to take great pictures. Then learn the fine art of photo editing. Clone your favorite pet! Picture yourself on an African Safari or enjoying the beaches of Hawaii! A couple of photos, a big imagination = lots of cool pics!
