Acadian homes are much
like our homes today. They had 2 levels. The first level was the kitchen,
dining room and sometimes also a small bed room. The second level was
the main bed room.
Acadian
homes used candles as light and a fire for heat. The acadians had NO electricity.
They had to do everything themselves.
